Unbelievable! My mom made us these ridiculous outfits. Trying to fool us by saying how cute we look in them. Well, maybe she fooled Takumi, but definitely not me. Though the plus side is that we get to hang out at Cave Creek today. Seems like some festivities are going on, saw a few friends, got tons of praise. Yeah, not too bad of a day, except for the stupid outfit we had to wear.
You be the judge:
"I stumbled upon a grisly crime scene this morning... The victim was a two month old lamb toy with deep lacerations and external bleeding all over the living room where the altercation occurred. We believe it happened in the wee of the night. The suspect... A three year old Shiba was found relaxed in his dog bed with his next victim by his side..."
hehe... you will never know it was me Dad... you only think you know.
Mom and Dad were not home. Only me and my brother and my feline sister, Moichi, were here. I couldn't believe they were so calm! The house sounded like it was going to fall apart!
Finally mom and dad came home drenched, (it seemed like forever), which proved my fear that the world was falling apart!!! OK fine, maybe not so dramatic, but look at our neighbor's tree on their car! That's pretty crazy right?!
Mom and Dad told me that trees not only fell next door but also everywhere. Not just those tiny ones, but big old trees too! They had a big problem getting home sooner because the storm knocked out the power at many intersections, increasing traffic. There was also flooding everywhere. Mom said she tried to rush back as soon as possible to make sure we were okay, but it was just too crazy on the road.
Later on the news it said that thousands were out of electricity, but the flooding was finally starting to subside. I hope everyone is okay, especially our Shiba friends around the valley. Click the link below if you want to know more about this scary storm.
